Turnaround time depends on the complexity of the document. Standard draft agreements generally take between 3–14 days, but we aim to accommodate client needs whenever possible. Urgent requests can be prioritized upon selecting an expedited delivery charge.
The nominal consultation fee is designed to separate serious clients from casual inquiries. Only after paying this fee will, you be eligible to receive a consultation call back from our team. The consultation fee is, however, fully redeemable against any paid service you later take, and will be adjusted in your final bill. If you prefer not to pay, you can still send your query to prachi@firstclauselegalsolutions.com and expect an email response within 48–72 hours, but no callback will be provided through this channel.
Payments are made in stages. First, the nominal consultation fee of Rs. 599 is paid, which is totally redeemable. Once the consultation is completed, 50% of the service fee must be paid before work begins, to secure the project. Work begins only after this payment is received. The final draft of the agreement is delivered after the completion of work, and a final conference call is conducted to ensure client satisfaction before the final payment and delivery of the agreement. The remaining balance must be paid before receiving the final draft. Any consultations or calls during this period are included in the service fee.
Yes, we offer a document review service. After paying the consultation fee, clients are asked to share their document via email at prachi@firstclauselegalsolutions.com. Our team will review the document, schedule a callback to discuss your requirements, and follow the same payment procedure as outlined for other services. Typical turnaround time for review also depends on the length and complexity of the agreement, but ideally, it takes 2-7 days for our team to review a document.
For agreements that require negotiation, we recommend our retainer packages. These packages provide ongoing representation and negotiation of agreement clauses with the other parties over an extended period, ensuring that your interests are protected throughout the process.
The initial 50% payment made at the beginning of a service can be refunded in the following situations:
Refunds will be processed promptly, and the client will be notified of the timeline and method of reimbursement. Please note that refunds will not be provided for changes in client requirements or cancellations made after work has commenced, except in the above cases. In no case, the consultation fee will be refunded.
No. Once the consultation fee is paid, any subsequent discussion related to the agreed service is included in the overall service fee. Additional charges may apply only if new services are requested outside the original scope.
Clients can select multiple templates as needed. Each template can be purchased separately, and if you have a specific requirement not available in our library, you can submit a custom query. Our team will quote the price based on your needs within 24 hours. Once payment is received we share the tailored template within 48 hours.
